Reservation

Reservation may be made in person, via telephone, via e-mail, website or by a letter or text message. 2 All Rooms will be reserved until 6pm except information is received that the guest will check in after 6:00pm.

Method of payment

Payments can be made by Cash or POS. Payments can be made by Bank draft Value Card, Visa, MasterCard or payments into the Companies Bank Account. Payment can be made at the Bar or Restaurant or for Laundry Services. You are welcome to sign for your Bills, but full payment is expected at time of checkout. Cash payment is also accepted but is not always recommended as we also promote a Cashless Policy.

Cancellations

Please endeavor to inform the reception at 07065234656 24hours ahead of any cancellations in order to avoid any charges. We do pride ourselves in maintaining a very courteous relationship with our guests.
